Our goal is to maintain a secure, reliable, lawful, and trustworthy environment for all Customers, Users, partners, and service providers.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

This Policy applies to all Services operated or provided by Keldan, including, without limitation:

• cloud services;
• software platforms;
• APIs;
• developer tools;
• SDKs;
• administrative portals;
• websites;
• marketplaces;
• integrations;
• artificial intelligence features;
• beta services;
• any related infrastructure.

This Policy applies to every Customer, Authorized User, administrator, developer, contractor, partner, or other individual accessing the Services.

Customers must use the Services responsibly and in good faith.

Users shall not engage in activities that:

• violate applicable laws;
• compromise the security of the Services;
• interfere with other Customers;
• abuse infrastructure resources;
• threaten the integrity of our platform;
• damage Keldan's reputation;
• violate the rights of third parties.

Responsible use of the Services helps maintain a secure environment for the entire ecosystem.

Without limitation, Customers and Users may not use the Services to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• engage in fraudulent conduct;
• distribute malware;
• host malicious software;
• conduct phishing campaigns;
• impersonate individuals or organizations;
• facilitate identity theft;
• perform unauthorized surveillance;
• interfere with network operations;
• bypass security controls;
• attack third-party systems;
• interfere with other Customers;
• abuse APIs;
• circumvent subscription limitations;
• engage in spam or unsolicited communications;
• distribute illegal content;
• facilitate criminal activity.

Attempting to assist or encourage others to perform prohibited activities is also prohibited.

Customers shall not attempt to:

• obtain unauthorized access;
• scan or probe systems without authorization;
• exploit vulnerabilities;
• intercept communications;
• escalate privileges;
• circumvent authentication;
• disable logging or monitoring;
• introduce malicious code;
• interfere with encryption mechanisms;
• disrupt authentication systems.

Security testing is permitted only with prior written authorization from Keldan.

Customers may not intentionally consume excessive infrastructure resources in a manner that negatively affects the Services or other Customers.

Examples include:

• denial-of-service attacks;
• abusive automation;
• infinite request loops;
• excessive API polling;
• credential stuffing;
• brute-force attacks;
• cryptocurrency mining without authorization;
• intentionally generating abnormal infrastructure load.

Reasonable usage limits may be enforced to protect overall platform stability.

The Services may not be used to facilitate or support activities involving:

• fraud;
• money laundering;
• terrorist financing;
• sanctions evasion;
• corruption;
• human trafficking;
• child exploitation;
• organized crime;
• unlawful financial schemes;
• deceptive commercial practices.

Customers remain solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to their business activities.

Customers may not upload, distribute, or use content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

This includes unauthorized use of:

• copyrighted material;
• trademarks;
• trade secrets;
• proprietary software;
• confidential documentation.

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights before uploading content to the Services.

The Services may not be used to distribute or facilitate content that is unlawful or harmful, including content involving:

• malicious software;
• phishing;
• fraudulent impersonation;
• unlawful exploitation;
• illegal distribution of confidential information;
• unlawful harassment;
• threats of violence;
• child sexual abuse material;
• terrorist content prohibited by law.

Keldan reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates this Policy or applicable law.

Where applicable, Customers remain responsible for all prompts, inputs, outputs, and decisions generated through artificial intelligence features provided as part of the Services.

Customers shall not use AI capabilities to:

• violate applicable laws;
• generate unlawful content;
• automate abusive behavior;
• facilitate fraud;
• intentionally deceive users;
• infringe intellectual property rights.

The use of AI remains subject to the Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Customers are responsible for complying with the terms governing any third-party services integrated with the Services.

Violation of third-party terms may result in suspension of the corresponding integration.

Keldan may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Where reasonably necessary, Keldan may:

• request additional information;
• temporarily suspend Services;
• restrict access;
• remove unlawful content;
• disable integrations;
• notify affected parties;
• cooperate with competent authorities where legally required;
• terminate Accounts in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Enforcement actions will be proportionate to the severity of the violation whenever reasonably practicable.

Reports should include sufficient information to allow investigation.

Keldan may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Material changes become effective upon publication through the Legal Center or as otherwise communicated.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
